If you fancy learning the skills and techniques you need to get the most out of Nordic Walking then just contact us and come along for one of our workshops.
Nordic Walking is a great all round fitness tool and very sociable too! Did you know for example that Nordic Walking can burn up to 46% more calories compared to walking without poles??!
Our Nordic Walking group head out every Tuesday and Wednesday at 6.30pm for a walk in the local area – you are guaranteed a good work out and some good chat!
